At PaddleLuxe, we want every order to be carefully prepared and delivered to you as smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after it has been issued.

If your tracking information does not update right away, it does not necessarily mean your package is delayed. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Shipping Information
