At PaddleLuxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping for our carbon pickleball paddles. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Free from damage, wear, stains, or signs of use

Returned with any included accessories, if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PaddleLuxe is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@Paddleluxe.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Items returned without original packaging

Items with missing parts or accessories

Items returned after the 30-day return window

Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@Paddleluxe.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
Exchanges
We currently recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item according to our return policy.
